Counseling for Adolescents/Teens and their Families

              Picture

The teenage years have a reputation for being some of the most challenging for both young adults and their families. But not every family finds these times difficult, and more is known about how adolescents develop, how they can cope with the challenges they face, and how their families can support them.  Teens and their families often face problems with:
              • Academic challenges
              • Discipline, rebellion and defiance
              • depression and anxiety
              • Explosive anger and rage
              • Alcohol and drug abuse and addiction
Quality counseling can prevent the above problems from becoming chronic and acute if help is sought in time.  Therapy can also help families pull together and make teenagers' last years at home into some of the best. It would be my privilege to meet with you and your family to discuss these important issues.
