Accepting Insurance

I  provide in-network services to the following insurance panels:
  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield
  • Cigna
  • Aetna
  • Evernorth
If you plan to use your insurance, please let us know before your first session. The easiest way to do this is to download the Patient Registration Form below, complete it, and return it to me so we can determine your exact benefits and co-pays.

Self Pay

Self-pay is the most convenient and confidential way to access therapy. My self-pay rate is $150 per session for individuals and $175 per session for couples.
Insurance limitations shouldn't stop you from getting the help you need. If cost is a concern, please let us know and we can work out a reduced fee or sliding scale arrangement based on case-by-case need.
I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as checks and cash.
